Like, they are living across a chasm in expectations from you. And you’ll realize the world, and what is important in it, and what is coming in it looks entirely different to them. So one of the strange things about living in the Bay Area is you’ll be going about your business, talking to people about politics, and parenthood, and how nobody can afford a house, and all of a sudden you’ll run into someone who works in artificial intelligence.
